Context spoke (swaps per use case): TextOS → Geographic density (local play). DayCycle → Character fit (does the judgmental-lobster tone motivate or repel).

On Willingness to pay — scored as evidence of existing spend in the adjacent category, not hypothetical "would they pay" (stated and actual WTP diverge wildly). TextOS: do operators already buy websites/ads/lead-gen? DayCycle: do they already subscribe to productivity/wellness apps?
